Luxembourg is characterized by a rather generous public healthcare system that stands for universal access. However, given the economic constraints, this generosity brings the sustainability of  the healthcare system under question. With this report, Fondation IDEA aims at informing the greater public and the relevant stakeholders on the way forward by adopting a holistic and simultaneously international perspective on healthcare organization. The underlying  report identifies seven pillars of the Luxembourg health care sector considered as being crucial for its future development and offers a roadmap forward by identifying and engaging the relevant stakeholders playing a key role in dealing with the Luxembourg’s main healthcare issues.

The focus of this report is to raise awareness among the various stakeholders and prepare the grounds for a productive dialogue that will frame Luxembourg’s healthcare policy of tomorrow.
